Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you wish to exchange or return your unopened physical game or add-on, our straightforward return policy makes it easy! Simply contact us within 7 business days of your purchase, and we’ll guide you through the process. Your satisfaction is our priority—if something doesn’t charm you, we’ll make it right!
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the unopened product in the same shipping box it was shipped in. Once the product is opened, however, it is not returnable.
