At Charming Mystery Games, we’re committed to creating fun, memorable experiences and providing friendly, reliable customer support along the way. If you have questions about an order, subscription, digital product, shipping issue, or gameplay, our support team is happy to help.
We aim to respond to all customer inquiries as quickly as possible during normal business hours. Please include your order number and as much detail as possible when contacting support to help us assist you faster.
Returns & Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages
Downloadable games:
Due to the nature of downloadable and mystery-style products, digital items are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical games and add-ons:
Physical product concerns, damaged shipments, misdelivered shipments, or missing items should be reported promptly. Time is especially important once tracking shows a package as delivered, as many misplaced packages can often be located quickly through a UPS investigation.
If your package appears damaged, please photograph the shipping box from all angles, along with all visible damage to the product itself. UPS claims require photographic evidence. We must receive all photos and damage reports within two business days of the delivery date shown on UPS tracking. Once we receive it, we will file the UPS claim on your behalf and correspond with the UPS investigators. However, UPS will require a statement from you - usually via phone, but your UPS driver might need to speak with you in person.
To help ensure your claim is approved, please be sure to respond to UPS if they contact you. If UPS cannot complete the investigation because they are unable to obtain the required statement from you, they may deny the claim, and we would not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Your privacy matters to us. Charming Mystery Games, a product line of My Mystery Party, only collects the information necessary to process orders, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, and improve your shopping experience.
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle payment information. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription orders typically ship on the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
Cards are generally charged 24-48 hours before shipments leave our store.
If a payment does not process successfully, we may retry the payment method before canceling that month’s shipment. Customers remain responsible for any orders that have been processed.
To cancel a subscription, please contact our support team in writing 30 days prior to the upcoming shipment date using the support email listed on MyMysteryParty.com.
